  2. Sourcing Strategy Preparation of list of organizations and candidates from the targeted talent pockets
  3. First Review Meeting with the Client to discuss & share views on the provisional long list of candidates
  4. Candidate Assessment : personal meeting with candidates whose profiles are shortlisted by Client
  5. Candidate Presentation : providing profiles of recommended candidates to Client
  6. Meeting Facilitation Organizing interviews of the final shortlisted candidates with Client team
  7. Closure stage :
    • Undertaking reference checks
    • Compensation Negotiation
    • Follow up till on-boarding
  8. Integration: Post on-boarding, regular contact with candidate to ensure successful integration into the organization. Provide feedback to organization.
